      <image:caption>Carissa Ball has over 15 years of experience working with Children (ages 5+), Adolescents, Adults, Couples and Families. Carissa graduated with her B.S.W in 2008, and completed her Masters of Social work in 2020 at the University of Regina. She is knowledgeable in child development, attachment difficulties, intergenerational trauma, PTSD, and supporting survivors of sexual assault. Carissa understands the impacts grieving has on children and how to help them cope and process their loss; her own journey lead her down the path of being in the helping profession. Her time supporting survivors of sexual assault showed her to trust in the counselling process. Carissa can help you manage issues surrounding anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional regulation, addictions, grief/loss/ or bereavement, relationships issues, parenting support, crisis, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. She recognizes the ways that trauma impacts mental health, interpersonal interactions, behaviours, coping, and other factors related to wellness. In her work, she will respect the pace at which you want to disclose and will support you in healing through the process. Certified in: Brainspotting and Clinical Hypnotherapy.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Jennifer Calkin, R.S.W has over 12 years of experience providing trauma informed care to the clients she has served within the first responder community. Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Arts through Acadia in 2007 and eventually obtained her B.S.W. in 2009 through Dalhousie University in Halifax. During this experience Jennifer provided support to our most vulnerable populations and families in need. Having become a teenage mother herself at the age of 15, Jennifer was determined to empower and advocate for people who have experienced challenges in their lives. In 2016, Jennifer completed her M.S.W. degree through the University of Regina and completed her practicum with the RCMP to offer support services to members and their families. Jennifer's unique experience working with individuals and families of emergency service providers facing extraordinary circumstances is an asset to Soul Haven. She has experience regarding duty related separations, employment difficulties, unique lifestyle, occupational stress injuries, moral injuries and can offer great assistance in building resiliency, and tactical recalibration/ self care tactics.       <image:caption>Moravia de la O supports individuals who are struggling with past traumas in their daily lives. Throughout her career as a therapist, she has had the honour of walking alongside survivors of sexual violence, childhood abuse and neglect, domestic violence, human trafficking, and stalking. She understands the deeply felt and long-lasting impacts of trauma on a person’s body, brain, sense of self, and relationships.  Her approach in therapy is rooted in deep respect for the many ways that individuals survive traumatic experiences and cope in their aftermath. Moravia believes that everyone can heal. In therapy, she strives to create a warm and welcoming environment to support clients in their healing journeys. Moravia has extensive experience and training in trauma therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She completed her Master of Science in Social Work, as well as a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies, at the University of Texas in Austin (2019). Moravia also has over ten years of experience developing advocacy campaigns and conducting research on human rights issues in the Americas, including the traumatic impacts of disappearance on mothers of missing and disappeared people in Mexico.</image:caption>

Cassie holds both a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work from the University of Regina. She offers compassionate counselling to children, adults, and couples, both virtually and in person. Cassie believes that every person’s story is unique. That’s why she takes a client-centred approach, thoughtfully tailoring her methods to suit your individual needs. She draws from a diverse range of counselling theories and modalities, creating a therapeutic experience that is personalized and meaningful to you. Cassie can help you address a wide variety of concerns, including managing ADHD symptoms, navigating grief and loss, building self-esteem, and much more. She has a particular passion and expertise for supporting clients living with trauma, chronic illness or chronic pain, and PMDD/PME. Cassie understands the courage it takes to seek help. She works collaboratively with you, honoring your strengths and experiences as you move toward healing and your personal goals</image:title>
